As students, we felt the burden of student loans and wondered if there was a better way. Unfortunately, we saw that most of what is paid to get an education is not used towards the actual degree, but interest that goes to the lenders. 

So, in 2013 we created I.F.Education, a nonprofit aimed towards making a difference in the role finance plays in the pursuit of higher education. We treat student loans as an act of kindness and reuse the donations we receive so that our resources go further; the same gift can benefit many through the life cycle of the loan. We work with universities across the country to help students affordably pay for higher education by providing them with simple interest-free loans. 

We are currently a volunteer-based organization and receive our funding from donations and grants. So, if you want to make a difference, donate now and help fund an award.
